At Raghouse, all items are secondhand, pre-loved pieces sold in used condition. Because every piece is unique and one-of-a-kind, we are unable to offer standard returns or exchanges.

Before purchasing, please carefully review the product description, measurements, condition notes, and photos. If you have any questions about a specific item, contact us before placing your order.

In the rare event that an item arrives significantly different from its description, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at support@raghouse.sg with photos and your order number. We will review each case individually.
